Items you buy here online are shipped to you with a tracking number within 24 hours via UPS, USPS or FedEx. They are shipped regular ground (3-4 day) transit unless you call and tell us you need it faster: 801-596-2210, then we have to charge you more.

All custom orders we fill are made to fit you precisely, and we work on them until everything is perfect to your satisfaction.

All merchandise in the catalog is sold-'as is' and is NOT returnable. We inspect all items to make sure they are in terrific shape before we even package them up to ship to you.

If the carrier, USPS, UPS or FedEx loses or damages your item, we (as the sender) can file a claim to get you a refund. Any damage or loss must be verified by them (the carriers) before we'll take this claims business to the next step.
